Lymphatic System

I want to discuss lymphatic as it has a large impact on breast health, as it helps us to clean blood and the body. The lymphatic system is how the body cleans the blood. The white blood cells look for an excess of things in the bloodstream and viruses and bacteria in the bloodstream and take it to the lymphatic vessels and then to the nodes to be removed from the body.

The lymphatic system is made up of the thymus, lymph vessels, lymph nodes, lymph ducts, tonsils, bone marrow, Peyer patches, and spleen. These organs and vessels help to keep the balance of fluids, and to filter blood, while also delivering fat-soluble nutrients.

The Thymus helps us to fight infection and helps to produce antibody production. Antibodies are what look for things in the bloodstream that should not be there. Which is what helps to protect us from foreign invaders. the lymph vessels help to shuttle things and lymph nodes help to filter, the spleen is the bodyguard of the blood to filter out mutations and bacteria and excess breakdown organs.

The lymphatic system is a huge part of detoxifying the body and supporting the body with fat-soluble nutrients. A healthy lymphatic is a healthy whole body specifically breast tissue. To support the lymphatic system you need to support the movement, exercise helps with the movement of the lymphatic as the vessels run through the muscles. Dry brushing is a great way to help support movement through lymphatics.

Supporting nourishment of the spleen and the thymus is helpful, you can do this with food helps move blood and filter blood. Omega 3's help to move the blood and Flax is also beneficial to helping the movement through the lymphatics. Minerals help with carrying what we need to fight bacteria issues this supports the lymphatic system. Foods that support healthy bacteria also can play a role in supporting the lymphatic system as well. I recommend fermented and live foods filled with a variety of bacteria. Kimchi, Sauerkraut, Kombucha, and Apple Cider Vinegar to name a few.

If you are needing support with your specific issues with the lymphatic system. Please set up an appointment or do a survey where I can recommend supplements for you.
