Health is about quality food, quality cooking ingredients, and storage. The cooking utensils we use, quality of ingredients use to prepare a dish.
When we are preparing our foods we want stainless, cast iron, or ceramic cookware. When we are storing foods we want to use stainless steel and glass, limiting plastic storage.

Cooking Oils Olive oil, Avacado Oil, and Coconut oil plus some others are great oils that are healthy but when it comes to high-heat cooking we do not want to use these oils. We want to use lard, tallow, ghee, grass-fed butter.
