1 liter of Raw Cream
1/2 cup live Organic Kiefer or yogurt
If using Organic cream, but not Raw you will bring the cream close to boiling but do not boil.
Allow to cool, keep the pan covered at all times. Cooling to 105-113 F.
If using raw cream get the temp to 105-113 F
Add starter (Kiefer or yogurt) allow it to ferment for 24 hours.
When done bottle and put in the fridge.
