1/2 Cup Raw Milk or Coconut milk

1/3 Cup Heavy Cream

1/4 Organic Berries, or flavor or your choice

1 Scoop of SP Complete or NonDenatured Whey protein

1/2 cup of Ice if wanting it more ice cream

Preparation

Put all ingredients into the blender and blend to desired consistancy.
