Apple Cider Vinegar
Buy an organic chicken and have butcher dice it all up organs and bones.
Take the chicken home and place all contents in either Insta pot or Crockpot. Cover chicken with water 1 inch over the chicken. Add 2-3 TBSP of Apple cider vinegar, you can add spices to season it to your liking. Salt, herbs,Garlic, Carrots.
Cover and cook till meat is cooked to your liking. Pull the meat off and put it in a container for the later. Let Continue to cook up to 36 hours. 36 hours for bone broth if you are wanting meat stock you can do 2-3 hours.
When time is up you will strain the juices through a cheese cloth or strainer. You want to pull out any bone marrrow jelly you can see to leave with the broth. Discard the rest of the chunks and put the juice in contianers you can store the broth in.
Drink 1 cup a couple times of day . If doing GAPS you will want to have more doing closer to 1 cup and hour or as often as you need to keep you full.
