Ingredients
8 pasture eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 tsp quality salt (redmonds or Celtic)
1/2 garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
12 slices of bacon (pasture pig or turkey bacon)
1/2 cup shredded chedder cheese
1/4 diced green onion
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 - grease muffin tin or use liners. I used grass fed butter to grease pan.
Blend eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Add slice or bacon around the edge of he muffin cups. One slice per tin.
Evenly pour egg mixture in each tin.
Place tin on cookie sheet with 1 cup of water in it.
Then place it in the oven for 25 mins.
