I will come to your home, and we will assess health issues or concerns. Then we will look through the fridge and pantry to see what foods can be swapped for healthy versions. I will educate you on the important things that impact health with the foods you have. We will also look at cleaning products. We will look at your favorite foods and how you can make them in a healthier way. I will leave you with a plan for shopping and for preparing food.
